Infrared radiation coating

Shanghai Jingxin Special Coatings Co., Ltd. primarily produces a series of infrared radiation coatings and devices developed by the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Among these, the infrared radiation coating, which has received high praise and is highly popular in both domestic and international markets, is made by blending binders and various radiation materials in appropriate proportions.

All binders are categorized into organic and inorganic types, depending on the working temperature of the coating and the substrate category. The radiation materials consist of metal oxides and carbides that have undergone special pretreatment processes. Except for HK-81, which is packaged in two separate components—radiation materials and binder (solid) A and B—and requires on-site mixing with an appropriate amount of water before direct application, all other products are single-can coatings. After being applied to the radiation surface of infrared heaters or the inner walls of furnaces and kilns, these coatings enhance radiative heat transfer, thereby contributing to energy savings.
